Reid Wiley Memorial Scholarship
Supporting young hockey players who embody the values Reid lived by every day on and off the ice.
Shortly after Reid’s passing, his best friend and hockey teammate Aaron Musick began a scholarship fund to honor Reid’s memory and help young hockey players who embody the same qualities Reid displayed throughout his life.
The scholarship lives on today through the Reid Wiley Charitable Foundation and is dedicated to players in financial need who might otherwise be unable to participate in youth hockey, and players who demonstrate the individual and team characteristics that Reid exemplified every day.
To date, the Reid Wiley Charitable Foundation has provided over 40 scholarships totaling $60,000 for youth hockey at both the Strongsville and Parma Hockey Associations.
